You can use the front wheel off a SOHC model. However to attach an extra front rotor, you will need a speedometer drive from a CB 500/550, or modify the CB 750 drive. I show how to do it in "Buddies POW/MIA Bike" thread.

The picture is of the front end off the GL 1100...thats what I lbought and I like the front wheel.  I am not worried about a speedo.  I was told the offset of a DOHC was different and you couldnt use the SOHC rear wheels.  Looking for ideas of what I can use without alot of work.

I misunderstood what you wanted. The wheel in the picture is a Comstar. Any early Comstar off a CB 750 will work. The F's had disc breaks in 77-78 on Comstars. I just sold my last one to Shiny, sorry.
