Just developed this problem today on my CB750. After rebuilding carbs, changing the jets a million times since the previous owner removed the airbox, and btting new forks on, My blinkers and horn no longer work.  the lights light up as running lights, but instead of blinking, the light turns off. I dont think its the swtich because the high beam portion works. Does anyone know what this might be?

Also check your fuses, and your bulbs.  Then start hunting for a short.
