Yep, if you're after a powerful cafe racer. The SOHC cb750 is arguably the best platform - which is what you have there.
There is the argument that a "real" cafe racer should be a British bike, but whatever, I don't really buy into that.
The DOHC's can be made into cafe's, but they are more difficult and parts are fewer and harder to find.
Oh ya, and get it running right first :-).
