Got her year ago for $200.00. What was there was all stock, I have made the project a budget build and I got her on the road to day for the first time. Still need some work but it is getting there.

I did make the seat pan but did not cover it.  Other than that I did most of what you see.

Here is how it started.  No seat, frozen brakes, leaking tank,  bad starter,  dry rot tires and a host of unforeseen problems.

Thanks, the tires are made by kenda. They were described to me as 80% road 20% off road.  After I get her dialed in I was thinking about putting a little longer shock to give a little more clearance over the rear tire. It is a K model so I think the ones on there are about 14". Not sure how long I would like to go but maybe 15" or 16".  Always something.

Bike looks nice man! What tank is that? Looks very similar to an early F tank.

it is an F tank.  I had to make a tank mount to make it work because the K tanks' are a little shorter.  Found it on E bay for cheep. Do not know what year.

Bike looks great man.  I have a very similar build going on with an 80 k model.  My rear wheel looks terrible so I'm thinking of going black like you have.  How did you do your wheels?  I'm thinking of powder coating them but I really don't want to take them apart because if I did I would probably want to get new spokes.

I had a lot of questions about what to do with the wheels.  I finally decided to go with powder coating them and was happy with how they turned out.
