When I got my Shadow, it had a partial tool kit in it (spark plug socket, larger wrenches + handle, combination phillips and straight screwdriver + handle). I have supplemented it with the following:
5 piece metric combination wrench set (8mm-15mm) with a little wrap around holder thingie
Multi-tool (Gerber Suspension)
Electrical tape
some 10mm nuts
Fuses
It all fits in a small ditty bag I got from Gander Mountain, along with my nylon rain pants, and there's still room for the helmet in the Emgo trunk I use. I agree with the Sarge: do the PM stuff at home where there's more tools. This is a little kit to get some emergency repairs done. I've had to use it once, when the fuel filter clogged up on the side of the freeway.
