CM 185 Twinstar

I have to entire engine pulled out of the frame and top end is apart, thinking I would have to replace my valves. While I have it all apart I want to clean everything before I put it back together. What would be the best way to go about this?

Submerse any metal parts you can in this stuff. Let it sit for a couple of days. My pistons came out looking like new, valves too. Took the carbon off with just a little brushing and re soaking. Just make sure to spray with brake cleaner to remove the chem-dip before reassembly.

I clean engine parts with Low Odor Mineral Spirits, and a parts brush. Sometimes I do use Brake Cleen, but that is expensive.
