Hello
Just purchased a 1973 and I noticed that, when it is idling, gas is dripping out of one of the little rubber tubes coming from one of the carbs...#3, I think. What's causing this and what do I do about it? Thanks for any help.

yep hes right the float is stuck you might get lucky and free it up but see if you get any crap coming out with it [rust etc] because if you do the best bet is to bite the bullet and go thru the whole fuel system
cheers
Yes these are all good things to try, when you know the fuel system is clean...put in an in line fuel filter....I had the same prob with my k6. mosquito's had gotten into a small plastic tank i was using till i got a real tank. I used a jewelers eye and found bug parts in-between the needle and seat....go figure.
