Dude, your bike looks awesome.  Can't wait to see it all put together.

I really dig the painting you have done.

YEA! I couldn't get the break on the forks right till i flipped the wheel then realized the forks were swapped!  I gotta flip flop them back tonight.
I guess I do need that klutch. I'm going to look again tonight, but I looked pretty good before, No no watch gears, would of really liked to have done that. but nope.
the other bike I grabbed for parts, it is a very very good condition donor, But its a titled frame, So I'll end up selling it off some time. you should see the rims that came with it,, those ComStars, Perfect condition... dual front break setup.. but i like the old wires for mine ..

I call dibs on the frame. City do, you just need the lever, or the whole control unit?

Last night I got some things ironed out. I found and mounted the triangular engine mount, and found the foot peg engine mount, found the bolts that hold the oil lines onto the engine, and installed them.
tightened all the engine bolts down.

I CAN NOT UN-STICK THE FRONT BREAK CALIPER!!.
I TRIED BLOCKING THE HOSE AND HAMMERING IT FULL OF GREASE WITH A GREASE GUN,,,,no avail. it just backs up and comes out around the zerk fitting.. I need advice on what to try,,,,,, soak it in turpentine or gasoline ?

still no sign of my clutch lever. I'm so jacked about that!!

For the caliper piston to be removed? I used my neighbor's air compressor, 120 psi line air, and a towel to catch the piston.

Nothing else was working whatsoever. Use a rubber-tipped air gun, and hold it good. The air going in MUST come out. 120 psi is no joke.

If you won't let it come out of the line hole, and your bleeder valve is nice and tight... that caliper WILL push out. It won't go flying, but it won't be gentle. And it'll make a bit of a pop when she pops.
Turbos, Hondas, 4-bangers, what could go wrong?

Soak it with PB Blaster, or Marvel Mystery Oil. If that, and an air compressor will not get it out, then try heat.
