I need some parts for my vintage bike and was going to order from OBB. I choose my bike as my only form of transportation, and it is crucial that I get the parts soon to be back on the road. I have read about 50 horror stories about their customer service, backordered parts w/out notice, non-responsiveness, ect...
I just read a tread from the owner in responce to some complaints, saying that these issue would be fixed soon (dated Sept '09). I was wondering if anyone has ordered from them since? I own a business and can understand how things change and issues can arise, but issues need to be fixed in a timely manner, and I hope the owner has kept his word.
I would love to give them a shot if things have improved. I like the website, and the pricing is fair.
Anyone ordered anything from them recently? How did it go??

I got word that OBB has shipped my items today (ordered them
yesterday). I will keep you posted how it goes. Is it already looking better
since I heard something from them. The complaints that I was reading about was
that they were non-responsive and parts never got shipped. I am crossing my fingers

If you NEED the parts, I would do what you can to get them
somewhere else. I have not heard anything about their service being better.
The ride IS the
adventure. The destination is just to get gas!
