Huh, well that would be hard to say. Not sure how I would feel about gluing in plugs and such. But the only thing that really prevents pods from working is vacuum. So if a person can limit that, I suppose it is possible.
The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!

Wonder if you can buy the kit without the pods? didn't see a listing for just the mods.
It's only illegal if you get caught.

I wonder if a person could figure out the mods on their own. I would think so. Still don't think I would superglue anything though!

I would fill it with JB Weld. Then I could drill it out to make adjustments if needed.

Pretty sure that the same thing I did when I followed that pdf that HRC put out about converting the carbs to velocity stack duty. All I did there was lose a rack of carbs. The bike absolutely flooded itself with fuel and installing the plugs as described.

I soldered things closed rather than buying plugs. I could still drill the plugs out, but I just threw it all in the loft instead.

I think I posted that procedure in the thread for my DOHC F?
