Head damage(oops)

Okay guys, I got the head loose but unfortunately my 2x4 slipped and broke off the intake collar.
Am I screwed and going to have to look for a replacement head. If I can get the rest of it out
of the head can I get a replacement. Please tell me some good news

It can be TIG welded. Not a problem.
Make sure it is spotless before you take it to the welder.

BTW....opps is spelled wrong. Double opps.HAhahah

Should be oops.

The way it broke it couldn't be welded. I got the rest of it out leaving just the
threads in the head. Am i still screwed.

I do believe they are screwed in. I would try to carefully use a hammer, and punch to remove your broken one though. Maybe try cutting relief groves in it with a Dremel first. If you can get it out, you might be able to get one out of a junk head. I might have one, but will need to look through all my other junk to see.

Yes, it's the intake manifold, It does have flats on it for a wrench. The way mine broke I couldn't
use a wrench. Had to use a dremel tool and cut it in 4 places and knock it out with a punch.
It came out and I still have threads. You'll be a life saver if you have one tools. Don't want to buy another head.

I know I have a head with damaged fins (Shiny got the spigots off it), but can not find it anywhere. I am beginning to wonder if it grew legs, and walked off.
