Making an custom muffler

lcochran
So i have a 75CB750F with the stock 4into1 on it and im interested in getting a little more growel out of it.  I've ran it briefly with the muffler off and its just a tad obnoxious.  So in my attic i found an original 4into1 muffler can thats pretty dinged up and ive decided to cut it up and make a custom muffler.

Anyone have any experience cutting these mufflers? How are the baffles organized in there?  Where would be the best place to cut.  any information would be beneficial.

Be prepared to re-jet when you change the muffler.

Just drill some 3/8 inch holes in the end until it sounds like, you want it to.

Just drill the holes in the end. There should should be a smaller hole in the center of the muffler at the end.  Drill holes around it.
