Mystery metal in my exhaust

I had the pipes off the chopper tonight and the 3-4 side was rattling. These fell out. They are metallic and super light. They also are NOT magnetic. The bike runs fine but it does have a top end tick that sounds like a loose valve or two. I've run the valves 3 times now and I always find one or two valves that will show about 0.001'' loose, but nothing major. Any ideas?

The brown thing is a penny, and the others are ball bearings, or whats left of them. Nothing that would come out of the engine.

"the brown thing is a penny"....man, i shoulda seen that one comin I dont know where they came from.I know they weren't there a few weeks back when I put the pipes on. One of them looks like a melted version of the other two,but the edge is chipped off too. I dont know what kind of bearing would use aluminum(?) . Oh well, just another one of life's mysteries....
