Need cheap tires.

Thorby
Anybody know where I can get the cheapest tires for my '76 750?  The wheels are spoked, so tubed.  I hope I can replace my tires soon because it seems the rear tire is as old as the bike and could disintegrate on me any day now as I commute to work. I suppose qualities differ but anything will be better and safer than what I have now.

Thanks

If you are anywhere around the Roanoke VA area I know where you can get some good deals on tires. As far as online,I dont know. Roanoke cycle Sports runs some pretty good deals on tires,a pair installed for $100.

I run shinko 712 from motorcycle superstore on my bike. I really like them and they have worked pretty good. Got both for under $100 with free shipping. Tubes cost extra of course but are good to replace every decade or so at least.

I mounted my own tires so a couple tire spoons and some aluminum from pop cans to protect the rim with soapy water. Mounting tires kinda sucks
The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!
