Any brake shop with a brake lathe should be able to do it.

Found a guy who does it. Guys on sohc4 forum said he charged $85.00 for surface grinding and drilling any pattern you want, $45 for surface grinding only.  Stainless can't be turned on a regular brake lathe, they have to be done with a surface grinder.
This is some work he did for a guy on sohc4 forum.  I'm gonna ship my front rotors to him.
