I used to be a regular on another CB forum, but there was so much vitriol flying, I just walked away.  I have not gone back to visit in months.  In watching a video on welding (looking to self-teach over the next several months), they had a saying:  "Safety is not an accident."  In our case, "Civility is not an accident" -- it is just what we need, and enjoy, here, at least.  This is one of my favorite islands in the Sea of the Internet.  I visit here often, because I know it is friendly, and welcoming.  Cheers!

I agree. This is a great forum.  Some other places, not just bike forums but computers, cameras, TVs, whatever you're trying to learn about, people get really snotty when a newbie (or anyone) asks a simple question. Yeah, the answer probably is in the FAQ or in the manual, I don’t understand why they have berate people. I mean, if they don’t want to answer the same question 100 times, let someone else do it. It’s no skin of their hides. I’ve never seen anyone here come across as irritated because they choose to respond to a post. At least here you get a civil answer and maybe a helpful tip on where the manual is.

Im new to this forum and it is because of the attitude of everyone on here that I joined and not just read through to get information that was useful. I know I have seen Tools and Rerun answer the same question a dozen times for different people and I'm sure I will ask them again.
Why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to god one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.
