Throttle sto screw

KarlM
I have a 71 CB 750 K1.
I bought a set of " backup " carbs on line.  I actually bought 2 sets but have only received  one.
My shop manual shows a " throttle stop screw".  I am reading about using a vacuum gauge and how to set and sync the carbs. Neither set of carbs ( 2 sets) have ANY throttle stop screws.
My carbs are great but I want to sync with a vacuum gauge .  They are stock Kei*Hin carbs.  Both sets.
Can anyone tell me why I have 2 sets of carbs and not one throttle set screw between them.
Confused!
Thanks
Karl

My service manual is for a CB 750.
Am I correct that my carbs are adjusted by the throttle rod instead?
Thanks again

If we're on the same page, that screw is on the rack, not the carbs themselves. It's on the right hand side of the bike,it lifts the whole lifter fork assy to adjust idle speed up and down

Thank you
Yes and I have used that.  I think I "jumped the gun"..... My service manual  is for a 750 and does not mention K 1.
Thanks for your help
