WHAT YEAR GAS TANK AND BIKE IS THIS!?!? It's driving me crazy!
I really want to know what year this CB750 tank is because I love the shape of the gas tank and this Cafe racer / bobber style. These are screen shots off of a youtube video. it says its a 1983 CB750 but I cant find a tank that looks like this when I look for that year on google images. I thought it might be a chopped up version of the 1983 CB750 K gas tank but I cant tell. Ill put the video link below. Please help honda CB people!! Thanks!

I have one of these tanks from a '79. Has a couple of dents in it but I'd trade ya for a good set of side covers if you really want this style tank. I'm only using it until I get my '81 Custom tank back from paiont next week.

that tank looks like a 82 750k tank thats been modified,
the cap and locking mechanism is identical to mine but the sides are a little different, good luck,,

Rest of bike is F. All the crap is basically interchangeable on the DOHC's....Esp within model line of K, F, C, and plenty of stuff crosses over. Era is 79-82, but sold for a longer period in Euro. 83 started the nighthawk on the 750, and was kind of a crossover year with most of the bike being the same as these, then changed.

Don't have anything to trade, all I have are 72 and 73 parts and no keyed ignition. How much would you consider letting it go for?
The entire bike is an 81 cb750F- its got dual disc on the from and a single at the rear...
too bad someon when and hacked off the rear frame support brace behind the seat. Wouldn't catch ne riding that. Imagine hitting a bump, sliding off the seat onto....
