It only goes to 60 mph

So when I'm riding on the interstate at 75mph and the temps are in the teens...I'm in frostbite territory.Nice.

     Been in the frost bite zone
    past few months but really almost cause only takes 25 min. at 65m.p.h. in the teens ,Now 30's fill like wearing shorts
