Hey Pat, are the seat fabric grippers still intact on the bottom side of that seat pan? I'd be interested in that cause mine are rusted out on one side.

I'm afraid it will not take an another overbore. On a good note though. I'm getting caught up on work, and actually got the gas tank out, and might get to the triple tree tomorrow. You know I could set, you up with a complete front end. Also I have been making a list of needed items. I need the starter gear, shaft, and washer that go between the starter, and the crank gear. I also need the dowel pins that go on the cylinder, and head. I also need the little lever that the clutch cable connects to. I'm sure I will think of something else. TOOLS

I would probably sell the tank, for $60.00. I'm not sure of what all is in my box anymore. I just noticed I need a timing chain tensioner?

youre box has a set of keyhole carbs with 2 damaged float bowls..and theyre all takin apart,a set of chromed float bowls for the round top carbs, and that honda fork thingy..thats what i owe you from the last trade.
so you need the starter gear, washer and shaft, the big drive gear, dowel pins, clutch arm thingy, and the timing chain tensioner?id trade all that plus the carb boots for youre tank...cool?...which one is the timing chain tensioner?the one inside the cylinder or the one inside the cases?
|
|
yo bud,is this all the stuff you need?

Close to it. I don't need the big gear, but I could use that head if Dave doesn't want it, and a starter. Oh, and don't forget the carb boots. I have a 76 K engine that I am trying to piece together, and a 76 Matic that needs a top end.
I did not get the triple tree dug out today (Sorry), but will get to it tomorrow.
