exhaust pipe interchangeability

Burro
I'm trying to install the four into one pipes off of my 78f onto a 71k cb750. Ive noticided they mount differently. Can this be done and are their any parts I may need?

Yes it can be done. You will need to remove the spigots from the head. Then, you will need to find the sleeves, and collars from a 77-78 to attach the pipes to the head.

I have two sets of the flanges and studs used to mount your 78 pipes. If you want,I would be glad to trade for your early mounts. They are called spigots.
