Well i started in on the seat, some of ya wanted to see how I made the first seat so I took pics of this one as I went. Its the same process I used before just longer, for 2 up riding.
Started with this

Made my marks

Cut it with a 4 1/2" cutting disk on a grinder

After sliding the pieces together I tack welded a support bar under the piece I had to shape so it would stay the same width when I form the top


After welding in the support I cut reliefs in the pan

Then I beat it with a hammer over my anvil untill it matched the shape of the front pan piece and tacked it together.

Had to cut some more reliefs in the side of the pan to get the rear cowl straight

This is why I got time to work on the bike, Cant install glass in the snow!
