hey thanks bud...i was just guna use bondo to smoothe out the knee dents..but they still need some work.will hopefully finish them up in the next couple weeks..i still need to sand blast the tank and a few other things.
Make a simple for you suggestion,

Just (after blasting)mix a "Lil" fiberglass Resin and pour it on/in dent and slowly move tank so it flows around inside of dent ,it will set-up in 10min. or so ,but the idea is to keep it all even and flowing the same that can't be done as nice sanding and guessing,now if not enough just do again no need to sand/grind again,I've seen resin 1 1/2 inches thick on boats,So don't worrie about thickness,could fill the whole thing and puddy edges not even tell ,less you hit it, metal would dent res. wont.
