Thats not a bad looking bead at all. The far left looks a little popcorny, but the rest looks like it laid in nice. You cant win 'em all.Thats what grinders are for.

is it bad i was searching the background for a peak of a lever? yeah, thats bad...

yeah the problem with the pop corn thing was that i can only weld for 10 seconds then my beaker pops..(this is in the 110 version)...im guna send you some pics of those levers tonight when i get to work..i for sure get good reception there..but it wont be till after midnight...but im sure you wont like them..the designs are not the same size becuase the area i had to work with was differnt sized..im guna sand it all off anyways and try to make the levers look like old cowboy guns..goofle old cowboy guns and youll get an idea of what im talking about..

i just started getting pretty busy..things are starting to come together..but i will work on those levers soon..i hope youre not in a huge rush for them..went to my buds shop today and had him make these for me..he did most of the work..hes alot faster then me on the lathe and mill.i helped out with some painting shit so he only charged me 40 bucks..i though it was fair..i m going back tomorrow to help out with some molds..they do mostly wax castings..but im guna get some co0l shit..he gave me 6 clevis delios off a 1909 modle t..they look cool, say ford on them and i think would be cool for the linkages on some rear sets.guna look for some pedals tomorrow..he said he has some real small ones that say brake and clutch on them.he alsways saves copys of shit he makes.(hes the guy that cast my tattoo machine frames)anywho, heres the pics of what was made today..the still have to be drilled and tapped.ill do that tomorrow.

That some some good looking work. This bike is gonna turn out nice.

No rush on the levers at all. I got other levers to use so no big deal. If you wanna go ahead and send those dowels I'll pay the extra on the shipping, thoThat way I can discover my motor is junk while I cuss my rear wheel fiasco. Have me a big ole twofer!lol

thanks. yeah i hope so.i decided after wrestling with these engines so many times, this mod is really a must. i cant really take credit tho..all i did was mark them off and then clean them up..im pretty stoked about the rear set idea..maybe if i can make something that works and looks good i can make a mold and cast some copys.that would be sweet.

I like it. Do the frame kit bolts clear the tank ok? I thought the same thing about the fat tank on my bike at first, about being too fat.But you're right.Once that wide motor goes in everything seems so small. Seat pan looks good, too. It does look pretty tough with that tire hanging way out the back

ps-still cant stop looking at that lever! so cool!

I was thinking you should figure out a way to run that front wheel backwards when it's all set up, just to upset tools a little

Looks cool dude, would make a great flat track bike if you had a smaller tank on it, and if you could turn that motor sideways so it would turn better....
