Gauge I.D. help needed -- 1973???

DogBunny
Need help identifying these gauges.  I think they are from a 1973?  Is there a specific letter designation (F, K)?
Thank you.

I don't know exactly what year model they are, but I do know that they are not from an A, or F-2, F-3.

The tach looks identical to the one off my '76F. But the speedo on that bike went to 150 mph.

Thank you for the responses.  I searched eBay, and found this one:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1973-honda-cb-750-gauges-/131009120574?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1e80c0893e&vxp=mtr
Like the one on shinyrib's 1976 it goes up to 150 MPH.
I looked at a few other gauge I.D. threads, there seems to be a lot of gauge variations on old CB750s.  I also looked at the exploded parts diagrams and the microfiches for possible bike model and year cross-overs.  I'm beginning to think that I will never nail down these gauges for sure.  If anyone else has any ideas, it would be appreciated.

I think they are newer then 73 because they have Kilometers on them, and they do not have the bolt on chrome band.

Thanks for the response.  I am unfamiliar with the bolt-on chrome bands, and I can't find them on any of the microfiche drawings, because those drawings are incomplete before 1976.  But you are right, these did not have them.  Anyways, I am giving up my search, just wanted to say thanks again for all of the help.

I looked on eBay, and I did finally identify the gauges.  The tach is from a 1978 K, and the speedo fits 77-78 K and F models.
Honda sure did make a lot of gauge variations.

F models had BLACK faces, so I know they are not from an F. E-bay is not really a good/reputable source for identifying parts since a lot of parts have been swapped, or even miss identified over the years. My buddy bought a kickstand off e-bay supposedly for a K-4. However it had the rubber flap on it, so I told him it was not from a K-4. His response was "it was on a K-4" My response was "it might have been on a K-4, but when it came out of the factory." Obviously it had been changed at some point, but the e-bay seller did not know this, and listed it as a K-4 kickstand.

Did all F's have black faces? If so then my '76F had non-stock clocks, because they were blue.

I really don't know, and you are way more of an expert than me, and I agree that eBay is not an authority, but if you search 1978/78 CB750 gauges on eBay, the majority of the listings show blue, with just a few green, and no blacks.  If you then go to the microfiches, it shows the same speedo gauge for 77-78 F and K.  I know none of this really proves anything.

I was just curious, too. because I've never seen black face gauges. I worked my hind-end off putting a set of appliques on a set of stock gauges once JUST to have black faces. I never knew it was a factory option I could hunt for.
