Update Update
SHE IS ALIVE!!!!!! :D
So let me tell ya. Tuesday went to my friend's house and he told me. " I didn't rebuild this carburator so because of that, I'm gonna take apart again n we gonna make sure is good to go" so...we soaked them in the solvent tank for 1hr. We took it ALL apart, down to the last screw n clean it all up. Then he told me " now You put it back together". So this man told me step by step where everything goes. We place everything together and that was it.
TODAY.
Before I went to pick him up I made the effort to replace the CDI units and the rectifier I bought online. So I took my time and some pics before I dissamble/reassemble everything. It wasn't that hard. So I went n pick him up. Took the carbs n place them in. He put some gas in it, check the throttle cable and pour some gas in the spark plug holes and air holes and VOILA!!!
MY BABY IS RUNNING!
I got a phone video I will like to upload. Please tell me if I can so I can share this with u guys :D. I'm extremely excited. I was about to lose hope

Go to the Marketplace and see if Youtube has an app for your phone. You should be able to upload to Youtube from the app.

That link worked perfectly. Nicely done! What a nice feeling when that motor runs for the first time.
Probably a good idea to do a search on our site for "pod filters". The factory carbs for your bike are a constant vacuum type. Running with the stock airbox provides the vacuum necessary to make the carbs run right. You _can_ run with pod filters, but some/most are not willing to make the jetting changes and other adjustments to get them running right.
Again, run the search, read as many postings as you wish, and decide from there.
Regarding your Tmobile G1, when you connect it to your computer, you turn on USB storage. This way you can look at the files in the phone as if it were another USB device on your computer. Typically the camera pictures and/or videos are in a folder called DCIM. Hunt around for it, and you should be able to see all sorts of stuff.

just for a future reference, to convert inches to mm multiply your inches by 25.4....so 1"=25.4mm, 1/2"=12.7mm...etc. and to convert mm to inches just divide your mm by 25.4 hope it helps!
|
|
Google will also do pretty much any conversion you want for you as well.
Just google "2 inches in millimeters" and the answer will be the first result (not a search result).
It'll do Celsius to Fahrenheit, miles to kilometers, foot pounds to inch pounds, and all sorts of scientific conversions (e.g. kilometers to light years etc).
