Clean your visor!  I was pretty coveted with dead gnats last night (gotta love may/June) so pulled in Walmart for a solution since it was getting very hard to actually see where I was going. Found these babies. Pack of 100 for a Buck even. Individually wrapped so I stuck half a dozen in the tank bag and another half a dozen in the stash pocket of both riding jackets. They clean very, very well!

So... I just got threw out of Harbor Freight for defending the girl at the check stand. Some asshat picked up a $75 tarp and was convinced that it was supposed to be $32. The gal sent another chick back to check it out. It was in the wrong bin. Whoopty doo! He wouldn't drop it, was demanding that they sell it to him for the lower price. She kept refusing and he kept getting louder. I finally broke line and told him chill, it.wasn't her fault. By this time has was leaning way over the counter making the poor girl uncomfortable to where she kept backing away from him. Words were exchanged between the two of us and then he shoved me. No big deal. I didn't shove back or even touch the fool. He just slung his merchandise across the room and stomped out. Good. Problem solved.

But! Now the manager (where were you two minutes ago you scrawny hippie) comes out and breaks bad on me. Telling me I created a scene and am not allowed back. Huh? Dude, I was worried about the girl at the check stand! Manager tells me that the angry dude only got loud because I approached him. Whatever. Then he put his hands on me like he was gonna escort me out. Uh-uh...no...don't touch me dude. I throw his hands off my arm and tell him to follow me to the parking lot of he wants to get frisky.....tucked tail and left. I found my way in, I can find my way out.

He's glaring at me now as I sit in the truck and type this. LOL. Poor guy. See ya tomorrow. Just to see what happens. :)

I would call the Police, and let them sort it out. You have a good case, for assault.

Hey guys,  I just spent 4 weeks on the rock.   Was offered a free ride home with relatives passing by, so had to park the bike (5 weeks for the bike).   Started right up today, the same battery that I didn't charge over the winter, lol.  went for a few laps around town and stopped at the brewtique for supplies.  good to be back to warm temps, it was cold raining and foggy in NFLD but i had one hell of a happpy hour in the sunshine last wed.    cheers guys- good to be back, time to read up and start wrenching.  EZ

Haahaha! Easy, you're a nut.No serial killer here. But if you run around in the mountains long enough you're bound to bump into some wildlife. Machinery wins over wildlife everytime.

Tools,I'm not worried about anything like that. I just miss when people had common sense, decency and respect. Those days are fast becoming gone.

I was just thinking about a conversation I had the other day with Toolbrat #2 We were at my favorite pizza place in downtown Kansas City sharing a pie. She remarked on how the cheese was on top of the toppings, and not the toppings over the cheese. After some discussion about it, we both decided that the pizza was better with the cheese over the toppings. We thought it kept the toppings from drying out in the oven.
How do you guys prefer your pizza, toppings over, or under the cheese?

It's funny you bring up pizza snacks at 4-20 in the afternoon.  I went for a 10 mile ride and stopped at the brewtique for a late-afternoon liquid lunch instead.   Nice day for a ride at 24C and sunny.  You really feel alive when you hit 5th gear and juice the throttle.   Kickstand down for the evening, rain on the way.  life is good.

Also, forgot to mention, regarding machine vs. wildlife from above,  last night I listened to a radio report of a family of ducks crossing a divided highway uptown.  They caused accidents in both directions involving 5 cars, 1 motorcycle, and a trip to the hospital.  Also 2 casualties we won't mention. qwack me up.
