Yes,I did Daddyman.Wow!Did you mean to send me that?!?
Tools,i have considered leaving the Suzuki badges on.Haven't really decided yet.I took the one off to prevent hurting it,wasn't able to get the other off.Another rounded phillips screw Piute,i got the lights from Advance Auto.Kinda pricey but not bad.$16 each.Figured i'd use one for low beam and one for high. The casing on them is actual a real heavy vinyl. My neighbor has one on the back of his tractor and it really lights up well for 35 watts

Name change?I agree. I have always named all of my vehicles. Something happens that will just result in a name.I think you're right.

I agree. I think kids names should change as they age. I know mine would have been a lot different then the ones they started with. Right now I refer to my 4 year old granddaughter as Freddie. As in Freddie the free loader. She comes to the Tool-shack, and stays, for days, and does not pay any rent. Then I have to buy her shoes, clothes, toys, and even take her to Dairy Queen, for ice cream.

It's probably worth a lot. Is it a Titan like the picture below? These bikes are highly sought after and hard to come by.

Yeah its in real bad condition but Titan sounds familiar and that bike does look like it, only way better. The only thing salvageable off it would probably be the frame and engine. Next time I can get a pic of the bike Ill start another thread and ask about it.

Those are cool bikes. I had one. I still have the repair manual, for it. They are becoming collectable. It was thought that, you could not build a two cylinder 2 stroke over 250cc because of heat. However Suzuki put a lot of engineering, and technology into metallurgy to overcome this, and build this bike.

Went through all my receipts last night and tallied up what i have spent on this bike so far.Every nickel and dime accounted for, even what i spent on cleaners and paint, not just parts.I'm right under $668 so far.Two things left is to hook up electrical and put the rear wheel on the bike,as soon as i get my rear wheel bearing and swing arm bushings. Then i can sit her own her own two feet. So i figure by the time i get the paint and body work done, and make my seat i should be well under my goal of $750 to build this bike
Oh yeah,i can't find a picture anywhere to look at,and i lost my teardown pic of that apparently. But i forgot the orientation of all the center stand springs and such. Can't find anything in the manual about it either

I'm not sure what pics you wont but I'll try to get in "some of the center-stand stuff, thats is on my bike is that what you need ? That funny 750 $ what I figured also but lots of my part and small things were free, due to the shop(family) and friends. my expense's just started ,but have been putting aside till now.
Water buff is looking good,A seat is important don't skimp,or it's yo az Piute

Thank you,Piute!!! Thats exactly what i was looking for.Stiil not sure about that one wire looking piece.I can kinda see it in your pics.I think i can get it from here.I thought the spring hooked directly to the flat plate piece.Looks like it hooks on the the "wire" instead.Thx bud
Thank you Daddy-o.You guys are right about the lights.I dropped them down that low to clear the cables coming out of the gauges.I have them mounted all the way up to the bottom of the gauges now.Dropped everything off at Chunky's tonight to get coated.Ought to have it back soon. Im anxious to see what you got in mind for your two-up cafe Thanks for the carb Daddy-0-big surprise.I can use that on my next project....i'm never gonna get done
