What size pilots are you running? 42 seems to always work good with open air/pipes. Idle mixture screws usually around 1-1.5 turns from seated, though I've seen some run happy on a 1/2 turn out.

Can I washer my exhaust pipes right at the motor? This would be the most convenient place and easy to put a washer there. And about what size washer inside reduction do I go with? 1.58 od on the exhaust clamp, so I figured start with 1.33 id washer and try 1.2 id washer as well. Gotta make them first.
Want to make some back pressure.
I got new 40 pilots
And new 105 mains
Getting the exhaust pipes  brackets welded back on first so I cant test run yet.

4-strokes are not as sensitive to back pressure as 2-strokes, so I doubt putting a washer in the exhaust pipe up at the inlet would do anything but make the exhaust temperature a lot higher at the port by keeping the hot exhaust trapped there. If you feel that you really need back pressure, try some slip in mufflers, as that is about the only thing they really do.

So my wheel bearings showed up today. The rear ones look to be good. But the front ones have a ton of slop on the id shaft side. What the fuck do I do now? shaft reads .62inch bearing reads .04 bigger! From what I researched 17mm was spose to be .625" but the axel measures more like 15mm.

The bearing fits your hub, but not your axle? What number is your bearing?

I figured it out.
I needed 6203-10   (10/16"ths)
Or 6203-625
Those are the special size of 5/8" bore by 40mmX12mm

I think I completely forgot how to bleed a brake line. I cant get this thing to pump fluid any way I try. Its pretty simple master cylinder.A spring, a plastic end on the spring, a rubber cap over that, a plastic piston with an oring on the end, a metal disc on the end of that and a snap ring. I replaced the oring because the original seemed very swollen and would not go back in. Cant figure it out.need help. No idea what brand. The caliper says tokico 8.

You have the caliper mounted upside down, the bleeder must be at the highest point so the air can come out. You might be able to bleed it by removing it, sticking something between the pads, and turning it right side up. Also the best way to bleed motorcycle brakes is to use a pump type oil can, and pump the fluid through the bleeder to the master cylinder. I use a cheap oil can from Harbor Freight. I just cut the end off the tube, and it fits right on the bleeder.
