cb900 Accel coils

I just picked up a whole box of cb900 parts for super cheap.

I'll be parting some of it out, but there are some accel super coils in there. I believe that these should just bolt on as an upgrade to my stock DOHC coils to give me a stronger spark. Does anyone know?

test them by putting your fingers in the holes and crank it

Then test the accels the same way

If they are for the 900 they should work on the 750.

I have accel on my SOHC I can look to see if they have a part number.

Simple if some one else can, why can't I

Thanks, they're the same. After doing a little research online it seems like those are pretty universal. Work on gold wings, cb900's and cb750's

The thing with changing coils is if they are internally resisted or externally resisted,Find out what stock coil was and if accel is same construction you will have more spark at plugs that stock,Also check if plug wire ends should be resistor ends or just open standard plug wires.And of course wire them correctly or you will short something out.The coils for your 900 shuld fit many 4 cyl bikes.
