Here is my Cafe Project, lowered the front end 2" and made the short bars out of an old triple tree. Took 10" out of the middle of the original seat pan and moved the hinge and latch forward. Still have a way to go and lookin forward to the first ride.

Welcome to the forum. Cool build. Do you have pictures of the seat pan, and handle bars?

I have a Continental 4.50 17 on my 76 A. I know that is the largest that will fit, but I am not sure what that size is in metric. i am sure a dealer can cross it, for you.

Here is my solution to lowering the gauges so they don't stick up above the triple trees. It also lowered the head light.

Some pretty cool tricks there. What did you use, for the tail lights, and do they also work as break, and turn signals?

I too would like to know about those tail lights.
Also, nice trick with the gauges and lowering them.
The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!

Found them @ a yard sale, they are off of a HD. They will work as is for tail and turn, or break and turn. There is a trailer light converter box that fits a 1996 Mitsubishi Montero that will make it work for all three, the Montero also has a separate light for break so this box will combine the break and blinker function of the bulb. The good thing with these lights is that you can get different colored lenses on e-bay for around $6 a pair

Junk yard! its a resonator off of a 70's Porsche 911, it sounds so sweet. I was surprised how much it actually made it quieter. Had to re jet after that and the new pod air filters.

I have been messing around with some LED's from radio shack for the brake lights. The converter box idea didn't work to great, The brake lights where too dim. I don't think the amps where high enough to run the converter properly. I may add some LED's to the side too. I'll get some pics up of the brake light soon.
