These dog ears" Judose"they were black at 1st now tan
 "O"the bike cast grey"O"
  The bike it's cast grey engine V.H.T. paint all that green is it ,lot more derable then regular ,
    But powder is best I'm just checking it out and were to have it fo now.

 Now no time to play,and lil  cold for paint(70 deg.),only able to put on small areas of paint ,that can be brought inside,believe warm up next few days ,Frame stuff !and pull rear tire and check the inners (wheel)...Piute...

 I don't have any dought that it will run but going to do a few things before i take it any were 1st,
  They will need to be synced properly but not till spring there's to much that can be / happen by then May cut frame,We have nice benders at work,then going to need custom air-box and side fairing's,Lots of glass. that will have me doing it all over due to jets and such.
  Have a local guy that I haven't had a chance to meet up with yet ,thats going to give me some tips N Such
 has A exhaust shop down the road.has had a few 750s and now has a Gold N a Kaw

  Wally world is the cheapest and were I get all my supples but the glass mat from Lowe's the heavy stuff used to fix shower pans ,but just for coating over like your doing get away with just one layer of thin stuff cause your already structurally strong little secret shshshpour your last 2 coats of resin let it just drip off the sides will fill and level itself no sanding 
well a little.straight resin no glass see grind marks,wont stick any were else so peel off and feather edges (fer this)what I've been doing at work

Thanks for the info on the 'glass. I had about a 3/4 of a gallon that i used up(wasted)that i have had for awhile.Apparently the hardner went bad,if thats possible.Sat for a whole day and never sat up.It made heat like it was working but just feels a little gooey still.Screwwit...i'm better with metal.Kinda wanted a polished aluminum tail piece anyways.I can probably turn it out faster than i could with 'glass.Might as well build what a really want the first go around

 theres no chrome under paint 100 grt. and lots of filler primer using heat paint so it fill scratches and heavy  sanding marks well,a few sml. spots lifted from prints,no prob.thinking on / of tank  and rear cowl next.
  At work I'm / was doing heavy metal fab stuff ,just started doing the electrical for the carousal thousands (it seems) L.E.D.and the cables they hang from,lots of work ,they put me were there behind and will be doing the painting after we get the 1st one out the door then 15 more,I believe.
   theres not much of paper plans so we got to wing it and add are own know how,painting is simple part
 the plastic molding looks like fun haven't done it there way but will ,like clay till dry

That is cool.Sound like a fun job.We put a HVAC system in a place similar to that.I need to put up some pics of some of the stuff they were working on.It was amazing.They were using styrofoam cut out on a CNC mill as a base,then spraying some kind of plastic coating over it.Cheaters!HAHA!These things were super light weight.I gotta find those pics

Here we are!Crappy cell phone pics.Excuse the weird point of view.I was dangling from the rafters hanging duct work about 30 feet in the air.Which reminds me.Motorola make a tough a$$ cell phone.Dropped it while trying to get the pic of the pig earlier.Once reassembled it still works.Whew!!

I once sold a WW-II bring back German Luger, for a friend. It was all numbers matching. Even the clip. That was, so rare I could not believe it. Wish I had had the money, for it.

WE have all those type of machines,3 different cnc fromm 3-d foam to thick az metal,
  I did n't take pics of stuff we airn't working on ,Some werd stuff laying around since trick or treat around the corner.
  80% of the work is Bass Pro Shop, Some have bowling alleys too
