I just thought i would share a few pics of a cool little dive we have in town. The Texas Tavern. This place is tiny, but the food is great. The parking lot is tiny, too. The bike is the only thing i have that will fit in the lot.The Pimpala and the crew cab just wont squeeze in,so when i'm on the bike i take advantage of it.Like i said, its tiny. There is a bar with ten stools...thats it.They have a sign on the wall that reads:"We seat a thousand...ten at a time".The cook works the grill all the way to the right side of the bar, right at the door, and if you are unlucky enough to get that seat you WILL get grease spattered on you.Gotta love it.

I travel for a living, and like to find "local flavor" like this.  Usually only the locals know about it.  I'm in New York these days, and I've been hunting down diners.  The polished stainless steel ones. Next time I'm in Virginia, I'll look this place up.  Looks VERY promising.

Yeah,I haven''t really decided yet. I like the safety of the two headlights, but I think i like the look of the original better.Plus,i can get my hands on some super bright halogen lights with a real good reflector lens cheap thru the speed shop. They look kinda modern which im not real crazy about, but they are super bright. We'll see what happens...

Got my new head light on yesterday. Finally got to ride it at night...big difference! I thought what I had was good. This thing rivals the lights on my '01 truck! I dig it,thanks Bobber! Plus,it finally looks like a "Cafe",to me at least. Almost done with this thing. I'm looking forward to the day that I no longer post in the Water Buffalo thread, and can actually post the finished (read:painted) pics in the Member's Bikes section.
