The bike is done for now. I'll be doing minor changes but riding it every weekend.

Billman, great job on the bike!

I noticed you painted the frame with the engine in it.  Did you have any rust on the frame?  Did you sand down the frame, or just go over it with a couple of coats to prevent rust from spreading?

Nice bike.

Been away from this place for a while.

Good to see your bike is done. Well, not yet, got to see those CRs on !

My bike is also rolling. Got to take care of my rear Master Cylinder, found out it leaks, but just picked up the rebuild kit from Santa Monica Honda (which actually is located in Marina del Rey, wonder why its name is Santa Monica) so I will rebuild it these days (family visiting, will have to find some time)

Merry Xmass !

Welcome back! I have been off this for a while also. Been riding my bike at least once a week. The CRs are on in the last 2 pics from my thread. they need some tuning. I also saw your thread about the breather catch can. I just have a filter. Probably need to buy one of those cans.

It still needs some work. New pipes maybe next

Hope to see you on the rode soon. Happy Holidays

Hi Bill.

Yes indeed, I see the CRs on the last 2 photos. Cool !

How do you like them ?  I like the roaring sound they make, feels cool, and these CRs really show power band when hitting the gas, man the bike feels like a rocket !

The catch can is a cool addition, and it is not intrusive at all.

Would be cool to meet sometime. Holiday times are a little crazy, but after Jan 5th I'll be more relaxed .

Nice to check our bikes out. Share some work. Cool.

Enjoy the summer over here. 80 degrees tomorrow. Going surfing !

That is my bike. I was there. First show I ever put my bike in. Had a great time and met some good people and got some good ideas.

 Nice !

I was there myself, although did not ride my bike, it was not ready at that moment.  I drove my Datsun 710.  I wanted to take my bike.  Next year.

I took several pictures of your bike, at that time I was thinking about how to vent the crankcase, remember taking pictures of your breathers, carbs, nice bike.

I wondered who the owner was.
